HOW IT'S DONE
New sheet metal will either be sent out for sand blasting,... or depending on condition ground and sanded down to remove any rust or imperfections prior to priming the parts.
After the metal has been cleaned and sanded,... all imperfections are repaired to produce a straight and workable surface.
Parts are then sprayed with a self etching washprimer. This offers superior corrosion resistance and the best possible adhesion for the following surface primer and paint.
Parts are then sprayed with a two stage primer and block sanded smooth before painting.
The parts are then sealed,... base coated,... and clear coated.
Everything is then resanded and the airbrushed graphics are applied,... then everything is recleared for a final time.
All parts are then wet sanded and buffed to a smooth, high gloss finish.
And finally,... the finished product. All the products that I use are of the highest quaility and I will not cut corners to produce a cheaper job. My name and thus my reputation goes on every paint job. Prices for each job vary with the condition of the parts and the type of paint, and or, graphics that you request.
